FAQ

-RETURNS-

All sales are final no returns or exchanges. You have until an order is shipped to modify or refund an order. Please read all product descriptions carefully and verify all your information (product size and billing/shipping address) is correct before purchasing. Please also note that once an order has been shipped it is out of our control and therefore we can not take any responsibility for lost or stolen packages. In the case of a lost or stolen package, contact your shipping provider with your tracking number.

If you receive a defective item, wrong item or are missing an item please contact support@absolutefiction.shop to have the issue resolved.

-SHIPPING-

The majority of our products are pre-made and will be shipped out in 1-3 business days. Anything that will take longer to ship will be specified in the product description. A tracking number will be provided to you in the shipping confirmation email sent to you (if you can't find the email try checking your spam folder or reach out to customer service).

-WASH INSTRUCTIONS-

To maximize the longevity of both the print and the garment- flip the garment inside out, wash on cold and dry on low heat or air dry. 

Beanies/hats should be hand washed and air dried.

-SIZE AND FIT INFORMATION-

Each product should have size information on the last product pic slide and fit information in the product description. If the information is not available and you have questions, feel free to reach out to our customer service email or Instagram DM.
